Fixes

• Refresh stale desktop-app detection results so newly installed or changed apps can be found.

Compatibility

• No configuration migration is required. Existing automatic detection and launch preferences continue to work.
• Manual desktop-agent restoration currently supports ChatGPT and Claude.
• The matching standalone CLI is @vibearound/cli@0.0.11.
