MonoFrame firmware 2.5.0

Adds support for the Seeed reTerminal E1001 7.5" monochrome ePaper display. On the E1001, the top Refresh button doubles as MonoFrame's "sync now" button.

⚠️ The reTerminal E1001 build is new and not yet verified on hardware — if you try it, please report your results (good or bad) in an issue. CrowPanel builds are unchanged apart from the version bump and are verified on hardware.

Note: a USB flash of the full image erases stored WiFi credentials and pairing — re-run setup in the app afterwards.
