Document new serial port autocomplete field; fix macOS example to use /dev/cu.* not /dev/tty.*
Setting-Up-rigctld and CW-Keying-Setup both described the Serial Port /
Keyer Serial Port fields as plain manual-entry text fields. Both now
auto-populate with serial devices detected on the server machine while
staying freely typable. Also corrects the CW Keying Setup macOS example,
which listed /dev/tty.* (blocks on DCD) instead of the correct /dev/cu.*
dial-out device — the new autocomplete only ever lists cu.* paths.
docs: rename spectrum scope pages to sort together in the wiki sidebar
GitHub's wiki has no custom sidebar, so it falls back to an alphabetical
list of all pages — the three spectrum scope guides (Audio-IQ..., FT-710...,
Hamlib-UDP...) were scattered across it instead of grouped. Renamed all
three to a shared Spectrum-Scope- prefix (Spectrum-Scope-Hamlib-UDP,
Spectrum-Scope-FT-710, Spectrum-Scope-Audio-IQ) so they sort adjacently.
Updates all internal cross-links accordingly. Old page URLs are not
preserved — GitHub wikis don't support redirects.
Revert multicast port doc change: default is 4531 (multicast port, not the rigctld control port)
Fix multicast port default in docs: 4531 was a typo, should be 4532
