docs: rename spectrum scope pages to sort together in the wiki sidebar GitHub's wiki has no custom sidebar, so it falls back to an alphabetical list of all pages — the three spectrum scope guides (Audio-IQ..., FT-710..., Hamlib-UDP...) were scattered across it instead of grouped. Renamed all three to a shared Spectrum-Scope- prefix (Spectrum-Scope-Hamlib-UDP, Spectrum-Scope-FT-710, Spectrum-Scope-Audio-IQ) so they sort adjacently. Updates all internal cross-links accordingly. Old page URLs are not preserved — GitHub wikis don't support redirects.
