v2.1.1 with complete documentation and little enhancement

All functionality is in it now. I added some little enhancements for tweaking the level of information given via serial. I also added two little symbols, I described in the readme, but had forgotten to implement.

I tested all the modes several times with different settings, so everything should work well. Let me know if there is a bug in the software.
Check the current commits in master for the lastest version with little fixes or enhancements. I´ll develop (beta state) in a separate branch, so the master should be quite stable.

The all new coded, more intuitive, more functionality version.

This version is still not tested extensively, so there might still be some bugs in it. But the most obvious are fixed.
This version does not contain functionality for movie mode. This will be in v2.1!
