Added support for QLab 5, and some new scripts.

  • Make Galaxy Test, for quickly creating mutes/unmutes for Meyer Galaxy 816s
  • Make Galileo Test, for quickly creating mutes/unmutes for Meyer Galileo 616s
  • Set MIDI Values, will prompt user for MIDI note and velocity for triggering a cue, then add that info to triggers and the name in the form (#note.#velocity)
  • Add MIDI to Name will do similar to above but assumes you already have MIDI info set in the triggers
  • QLab 4/5 importers to make that faster
