Fixed

• The index could keep a file whose delete or rename-away event the watcher
  backend never delivered (FSEvents on macOS drops the source half of a
  rename), leaving an entry that search could no longer read. After applying
  a batch of changes the engine now checks the siblings of every changed path
  and drops entries whose file is gone.
• Import resolution failed when the importing path was not in canonical form
  (a symlinked temp directory on macOS, a non-verbatim path on Windows); the
  path is now canonicalized once per importing file.
• CI: failing test names, panic messages and crashes are reported as workflow
  annotations; the macOS and Windows test jobs pass.
