Initial release of the MCP Server plugin for JByteMod Remastered.

Requirements
- JByteMod Remastered 2.11.0 or newer
- JDK 21 or newer
Installation
Download plugin-mcp-1.0.0.jar and install it through JByteMod's plugin manager, or place it in the JByteMod plugins directory.
The server listens locally at:
http://127.0.0.1:8765/mcp
