Bug fixes and new feedback feature

• Fixed a few types that presented the wrong base command to users in some cases
• Improved error messages to help users better understand functionality
• Added skill feedback command that lets users publish a Github issue
• Running skill new <slug> now opens a skill template directly, and applies the slug as the skill name by default.
