feat: release coding-agent workflows and documentation

Summary

• Present Ragmir consistently as local RAG with verifiable citations for coding agents and scripts across the landing, SEO metadata, package metadata, READMEs, and machine-readable discovery files.
• Replace generic integration examples with five realistic local workflows: private specifications, monorepo onboarding, synced document drives, YouTube script research, and visa project planning.
• Keep Core retrieval-only, while documenting Chat answer generation and TTS rendering as explicit optional capabilities.
• Polish the use-case workflow UI across desktop and mobile, including fixed headers, centered diagrams, horizontal tab scrolling, and concise bilingual copy.
• Complete the public TypeScript API examples and verify the package entrypoints used by external consumers.

• Public API consumer, CLI, MCP, Chat, TTS, package, and semantic-release smoke checks passed
• Manual browser checks at 1440 px and 390 px across all five use cases
