🎹 MIDI Device Lookup
Right-click any MIDI or Audio track to browse CC and NRPN parameters for 400+ hardware devices — no manual PDFs needed.

  • Full device list grouped by manufacturer, searchable in real time
  • Export button — copy parameters as CSV or JSON to clipboard (Ableton) / download as file (Web version)
  • NRPN filter chip — additive filter: activate NRPN, then type to narrow further (e.g. "Korg" shows only Korg devices with NRPN). Filter stays active while typing; click again to deactivate.
  • NRPN badge on each device that supports NRPN (purple, right-aligned)
  • Params count badge (green, right-aligned) for quick visual scanning
  • Section chips in device view — jump directly to General / Filter / Oscillator / LFO etc.
  • CC and NRPN parameters per device with min/max ranges, descriptions, and sections
  • Filter within a device's parameters to zero in on what you need
  • Click any parameter row to copy its CC/NRPN number directly to the clipboard
  • Copy TSV button exports the full (or filtered) parameter list — paste into Excel/Numbers
  • CSV ↗ button opens the raw source data for a device on GitHub
  • Update Database button pulls the latest device data from midi.guide
  • After updating, a "New (N)" chip highlights devices added since the previous version
  • Device not listed? Direct contribute link to github.com/pencilresearch/midi
  • Version check — shows a notification in the footer when a new version is available
