🔨 Note Forge
A scale-aware MIDI pattern generator for Ableton Live. Right-click any MIDI clip, dial in your settings and hit Generate & Write — fill clips with musical ideas in seconds.

  • Steps: 16 / 32 / 64 / 128 (up to 8 bars)
  • Rhythm: Euclidean, Random, On Beat, Every Step — with density slider
  • Pitch contour: Random, Ascending, Descending, Bounce, Arc
  • Octave range: 1–3 octaves, base octave C2 / C3 / C4
  • Velocity: Fixed, Random, Crescendo, Decrescendo, Humanize
  • Note length: Short / Medium / Long
  • APPEND or REPLACE existing notes
  • Live preview shows the pattern before you commit
  • Update check — shows a notification when a new version is available
    Everything is locked to the scale set in Live — no wrong notes.
