OLCF v0.1.0 (beta)

Beta for evaluation on trusted infrastructure. Compute is trusted-user compute: notebook and job code runs with the privileges of the worker's operating-system user (there is no OS sandbox between users' code), and Spark RPC authentication and encryption are not configured by OLCF, so keep the Spark ports on a private network.
The Microsoft Fabric, Kubernetes, Livy and Windows integrations are experimental in this beta. The bundled runtime-signing key is a public development key, so a production installation must re-sign the runtime manifests with its own key before any runtime installs. Known gaps: docs/development/release-readiness.md.

Verify first: sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS; every file also has a sigstore bundle (*.sigstore.json), and verification commands are at the top of the release workflow.
The CycloneDX SBOMs are olcf-*.cdx.json and olcf_fabric-*.cdx.json; third-party licences are in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.
Container images: ghcr.io/jddevtime/olcf:0.1.0 and ghcr.io/jddevtime/olcf-worker:0.1.0 (multi-arch, signed, with SBOM and provenance).
