Fixes

• After Zotero updates or re-enables the plugin while a document is open, editing a citation no longer fails with "Zotero experienced an error updating your document" until you click Refresh.
• If the plugin is updated, disabled or removed while Word is refreshing a document, that Refresh now finishes first, so its narrative citations keep their setting instead of reverting to ordinary citations.

Also

• README: references without an author lose their italics (APA, Harvard Cite Them Right) or quotation marks (Chicago author-date, Elsevier Harvard) in narrative form.
• Corrected documentation, a stronger regression check, and more automated tests.

Requires Zotero 10. Tested on macOS with Word only.

Fixes

• Editing a narrative citation under a numeric style (IEEE, Nature, AMA, ACS, NLM) no longer freezes the citation dialog and Zotero's Word integration. Such a citation can now also be unticked there.
• A Refresh sent while Zotero is still starting no longer leaves the document without the plugin's rendering until restart ("&" instead of "and"); the plugin now repairs it once loaded.
• With several documents open, the Narrative checkbox reflects each document's own citation style.
• APA personal communications (letters, e-mails, interviews) no longer repeat "personal communication".
• When Zotero merges two citations typed with nothing between them, the result is an ordinary citation, never a narrative citation of two works.
• The Narrative checkbox now always matches what is saved in the document.

Also

• New known limitations in the README: Zotero startup timing, authorless references in some less common styles, and a few less common styles offered wrongly.
• Corrected documentation, and automated tests.
