Specs and measurement polish

This patch release focuses on making the specs workflow clearer and more reliable for agents using measure, inspect, and built-in docs as their contract.

Changed

  • Aligned the agentcad docs schema references with the actual inspect and measure JSON outputs.
  • Trimmed verbose feature output so cylindrical feature summaries stay usable in agent context windows.
  • Improved high-risk edit guidance for invalid or unusually large STEP inputs, including clearer next_actions from inspect and measure.
  • Fixed bounding-box inflation around NURBS STEP geometry so measured dimensions are less noisy.
  • Added module execution support via python -m agentcad.

Verification

  • Focused specs/docs test suite on Python 3.12: 119 passed.
  • Package build succeeded for agentcad-0.3.1.tar.gz and agentcad-0.3.1-py3-none-any.whl.
  • Wheel metadata verified as agentcad 0.3.1.
