Highlights

• Added a persistent per-user compact layout that keeps spotlight status and primary actions visible while moving the player roster into a focused popover.
• Kept the complete expanded layout available through a mode-aware header control; each user's preferred layout is remembered.
• Moved Help and personal volume into the window header in both layouts, with live size and sound-state icons.

Compact roster and GM controls

• Hover or focus the player total to peek at the roster, or select it to pin the roster open.
• Close the pinned roster with its X, a second click on the player total, an outside click, or Escape.
• Preserved eligibility toggles, editable claim totals, direct handoffs, and Reset All inside the compact GM roster.
• Kept compact GM Throw and Take actions side by side while the player's Claim action remains full width.

Quality and compatibility

• Updated in-app Help, the user guide, README, localization, changelog, and reproducible onboarding preview for compact mode.
• Added regression coverage for layout persistence, retained header controls, roster dismissal paths, and live sound-icon updates.
• Passes 98 automated tests, coverage floors, deterministic packaging, and online dependency-manifest validation.
• Targets Foundry VTT 14.364 on generation 14 and Foundryborne Daggerheart 2.5.4 or newer.
