First public source preview of an independent local MCP integration for GraphPad Prism on macOS.

The server connects native observation tables, descriptive analyses, classic violin and median/IQR graphs, linked layouts, and exports. GraphPad Prism must be separately installed and licensed. This preview targets Prism 11.1.0 build 110218; compatibility with other versions is not established.

Included

  • Generic MCP server and native adapters.
  • Maintainer-created synthetic Column seed and offline tests.
  • Two synthetic, manual acceptance runners.
  • Checkout-relative launcher, capability boundaries, operation/recovery guidance, security reporting, and third-party notices.

Release preparation

The public export excludes private development history, study-specific importers, clinical inputs and outputs, private operation evidence, and vendor demonstration archives. A final content review and independent read-only review identified no PHI or publication-blocking privacy findings. This is not a formal de-identification certification.

115 focused archive/analysis-settings tests passed on the metadata-sanitized seed. Launcher and distribution checks passed. Existing native acceptance records were reused; native Prism acceptance was not rerun for this export. See docs/VERIFICATION.md for the evidence boundaries.

The wheel and source archive are Python packages, not standalone macOS applications. This is a prerelease, not a general Prism automation compatibility claim.

Project source is MIT-licensed. GraphPad Prism and third-party dependencies retain their own terms.
