B.UpdateAnimation was setting SetBarValue = SetSmoothedValue for Smooth
mode on all versions. On Midnight, the SmoothStatusBar mixin's Clamp()
crashes on secret max values. Always use native SetValue on Midnight
since smooth animation is handled via StatusBarInterpolation enum.
