Add Order::hasFinalize().
Add Order::hasLocation().
Add Client::waitForOrder().
Change Client::finalize() to return the updated Order.
Fix a typo in handling of wildcard certs.
Fix bug in calling Client::order() on an existing, stable order.

Changes largely made to support a new DNS-01-based open source tool for certificate issuance.
