Small improvements to StderrLogger. It has been split into a base class, FormattedLogger, that handles formatting multi-line log entries, and StderrLogger, which just handles writing to STDERR via error_log(). FormattedLogger now correctly handles objects in context arrays.

Also, Application::log() was incorrectly marked deprecated in the comments; this has been reverted.
