  • Make it a little easier to get loggable context values, especially in batch loggers.
  • Add LogEntry::valueContext().
  • Add GlobalContext::valueContext().
  • AbstractBatchLogger now calls ::batch() with value-ized common context.

It is still the responsibility of batchers to value-ize the context of each LogEntry in the batch. (I.e., by calling $entry->valueContext() instead of $entry->context().)
