v2.0.2: Signed macOS binaries for the 2.0 release

v2.0.2 has the same code as v2.0.0 and v2.0.1. It is the first 2.0 release whose binaries build finished: the v2.0.1 build got past the man page step, then failed while signing the macOS binaries.

Fixed

• The release workflow now signs the macOS binaries by certificate hash instead of by certificate name. The signing keychain holds two valid Developer ID certificates with the same name (one is a renewal), so signing by name failed as "ambiguous". The signed binaries pass codesign --verify, and Apple notarization accepted a test binary signed this way. (#111, @jdx)
