v0.12.2

v0.12.2

  • Every Python file, including the skill scripts and eval fixtures, carries its copyright and licence in an SPDX header, and the six touched skills are re-stamped.
  • Release tags are now signed with an SSH key; the key is registered on the maintainer account, so GitHub shows the tag as Verified.

Upgrade: pipx upgrade code-jig, set core_version in your overlay to this version, then run code-jig install and code-jig doctor. See docs/runbooks/upgrade-and-rollback.md.

v0.12.1

  • code-jig humanize cleans Python docstrings and the comments of JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C, C++, C#, Go, Rust and CSS, and strips model citation leftovers and chatbot openers.
  • code-jig humanize --rewrite sends machine-sounding comment text to your gateway and writes the reply back. It refuses unsafe replies, never sends the key over plain http off this machine, and reports how many flagged blocks it refused.
  • Ten audit findings fixed, each with a regression test.
  • Every source file carries its copyright and licence in an SPDX header, and a test keeps it that way.
  • Pull requests need a Signed-off-by line (DCO), and CI fails when statement coverage drops under 90 percent or branch coverage under 80 percent.
  • Governance, roadmap, code of conduct, architecture and security documents are now in the repository.

Upgrade: pipx upgrade code-jig, set core_version in your overlay to this version, then run code-jig install and code-jig doctor. See docs/runbooks/upgrade-and-rollback.md.

v0.12.0

@github-actions github-actions released this 17 Oct 16:22

  • The release is now built and smoke-tested as a wheel from the release tree, so what you install is exactly what CI tested.
  • The GitHub tarball keeps the files OpenSSF Scorecard reads; the release builder still leaves them out of the wheel.

Upgrade: pipx upgrade code-jig, set core_version in your overlay to this version, then run code-jig install and code-jig doctor. See docs/runbooks/upgrade-and-rollback.md.
