Improvements

  • Side-by-side token panel layout: Token panel now displays total stats on the left and per-model costs on the right
    • Left column: In, Out, Cache, Total, Cost, Rate, Avg
    • Right column: Model names with individual costs
  • Falls back to stacked layout for narrow panels
