Quick start

1. Download the binary for your platform (and verify checksums.txt if desired)
2. Run it: ./matea (Windows: matea-windows-amd64.exe)
3. On first run a minimal config.yaml is created automatically (random jwt_secret)
4. Open http://127.0.0.1:8080 — login admin / admin123, change password, then configure Gitea / LLM in System Config

Optional reference files in the repo: config.example.yaml, .env.example, docs/DEPLOYMENT.md.
