Version 0.1.0
First stable release.
This release studies sparse divisor matrices related to the classical Redheffer matrix. It settles two conjectures for harmonic-weighted row modifications and extends the analysis through a family interpolating between the Redheffer matrix and the harmonic case.
The paper determines extreme eigenvalues, singular values, and singular vectors; develops fixed-character analogues; and identifies prime-number-theorem encodings and a Liouville-twist obstruction.
The release includes the 55-page paper and source, structured proof notes, eleven reproducibility probes with pinned outputs, audit records, correction policy, citation metadata, and a complete SHA-256 manifest.
Numerical checks verify finite cases but do not replace the proofs. Prior-work and novelty statements are bounded by the recorded literature corpus. Process-separated AI checks are not peer review or a correctness certificate.
The Zenodo archive and DOI will be verified before the release is marked admitted.
