First public research release of A choice-free Paley-II construction of Hadamard matrices.
This release freezes commit 6f28f27cb36aa3585a180d28bf5d10651bbbb909. It contains the paper, exact verification code, figures, reproducibility record, prior-work audit, correction policy, citation metadata, and complete tracked-file manifest.
The immutable tag honestly retains its prepublication “release candidate” wording. The living repository will be updated with the active DOI and final admission record only after the Zenodo archive and metadata have been verified.
