Fixed

• Fixed auto-update so the popup no longer keeps reappearing after applying an update. Previously only CliHere.exe (apphost) was replaced while CliHere.dll (where the assembly version lives) stayed at the old version, so Assembly.GetName().Version never advanced. The updater now downloads CliHere-win-x64.zip, extracts it to a temp directory, and copies the entire payload over the install directory.
• Improved updater PowerShell logging so failures (file locked, permission denied, missing extract dir) are written to %TEMP%\CliHere_update_debug.log with timestamps and stack traces instead of failing silently.
• Restyled the update dialog Skip/Update buttons to use the dark theme's SecondaryButtonStyle and the default accent button instead of relying on inline overrides that left the Skip button rendered with the platform default chrome.
• Fixed PowerShell launches for npm-installed CLIs (opencode, claude, codex, gemini) by passing -ExecutionPolicy Bypass to the spawned shell so subsequent bare commands the user types in the session aren't blocked by Restricted policy when they resolve to .ps1 shims.

• Release workflow now extracts the matching ## v<tag> section from CHANGELOG.md and uses it as the GitHub Release body instead of relying on generate_release_notes: true, which produced only a "Full Changelog: ..." line for direct-to-main tag pushes.
• Release workflow now publishes a CliHere-win-x64.zip.sha256 checksum alongside the zip for updater verification.
