v2.37.3 - Widgets ready on first launch

The note picker is ready even when you add a widget before opening Markleaf.

Fixed

• Starter notes are available from the widget picker (#262). The first-run sample notes are now seeded when the launcher opens the single-note widget configuration screen, not only when MainActivity starts. Concurrent startup paths are serialized so the same notes cannot be inserted twice.
