v2.40.0 - Tables and callouts without typing the syntax

Two formats the app already understood were reachable only by a slash command. They are in the formatting panel now. No permission or storage-format changes.

• Tables and callouts in the formatting panel (#390). The sample notes show tables and > [!NOTE] callouts, and Preview has always rendered both — but the panel above the keyboard stopped at code blocks, dividers and images, so inserting either meant typing the Markdown by hand or knowing that typing / opens a quick-insert menu. Both now sit in the panel's Blocks and media group. A table goes in as its own block, so it renders as a table even when you tap the button in the middle of a paragraph, and tapping Callout with text selected turns that text into the callout instead of inserting an empty one.
