Fixes in v0.1.2:

Fixed runtime icon loading in packaged builds.
App now resolves icons from app.asar/resources when needed.
Window icon now uses .ico on Windows for better runtime/taskbar consistency.
Tray icon now falls back to app icon if tray asset fails to load.
