I realised today that version 13 is not shown to me as available, despite being listed on https://repo.jellyfin.org/?path=/plugin/tvheadend and in the JSON manifest.
My Jellyfin is still on 10.10.7, and I can't upgrade yet due to one of the breaking bugs that 10.11.x has.
Reading the changelog from #86 there is a line about improvements on 10.9.x, but the targetAbi is set to 10.11.0.0, and this post on the Jellyfin forums seems to explain that the targetAbi is the minimum compatible version.
Is the change in targetAbi actually intended and the changelog line is just misleading, or did it accidentally slip in and is now preventing updates to older versions?
I ran the "update plugins" scheduled tasks a few times and rebooted twice (once from Jellyfin, once the whole VM) and it's still not shown.
