Disabling the bitrate limit

Having inexplicable playback issues where a file refuses to directplay or crashes the player when transcoding? Try disabling the bitrate limit in Settings/Playback/Bitrate Limit to see if your specific hardware needs this limitation removed so as not to trigger transcoding when hitting the limit.
