Avoid spoilers for unwatched items

Describe the feature you'd like
Per-user options that:

• blurs/doesn't show the episode's title if unwatched
• blurs/doesn't show episode's plot if unwatched
• blurs episode's thumbnail if unwatched

Additional context
It would help users to avoid spoilers when navigating the library.
Kodi has a simlar option, where you can choose not to show plot for unwatched items.
