Improvements

• Codex quota windows that are temporarily omitted by live usage now display as Unlimited instead of staying in a syncing state.
• Compact widget, Plan Usage, tray, and taskbar mini quota labels now use the same unlimited presentation for this Codex state.
• README files and in-app Help now document how unreported Codex limit windows are shown.

Fixes

• Fixed a misleading long-running Syncing state during temporary Codex unlimited quota events.
• Preserved the internal unreported-state distinction so WhereMyTokens can return to normal percentage display when Codex reports the limit again.
