docs: Stage 0 foundations complete (#439)

Summary

Closes the Stage 0 umbrella tracking issue. All linked work is complete:

• cellpy Stage 0.1: Golden-fixture convention and regeneration tooling #428–Stage 0.11: Decision register — the calls that gate Stage 1+ #438 — closed
• cellpy-core Update cryptography to 2.3 #114 — closed (doc-sync, 2026-07-10)

Exit criteria verified on master: essential CI green, benchmark baselines committed, golden regen tooling, value-parity oracle (#434), and #438 decisions recorded in architecture-plan.

Closes #439.

Test plan

• Documentation / issue-flow only — no code changes
• CI on master already green
