Stable cellpy 2.0: native headers, v9 zip-of-parquet cellpy files (v8 HDF5 still readable), cellpycore==0.2.4.

Known limitation

  • OpenSSH Host aliases in scp:// / sftp:// URIs may fail DNS (#687). Workaround: real hostname + CELLPY_KEY_FILENAME — see docs/getting_started/remote_paths.md.
