Pre-release of nested SNP packages for Azure. This tag matches the host kernel required by Confidential Containers v0.10.0. Based on 6.8.0-rc5 with AMD SEV-SNP host patches, with Azure specific patches. The host kernel uses guest_memfd, formerly UPM.

v2024.02.07 - UPM

This is another pre-release snapshot that updates the UPM supports bits to the current AMD development branch. The host side is based on v6.7-rc6 with AMD patches and Azure Nested SNP patches.

There is a known issue with interrupt injection: the SNP may get interrupts injected when interrupts are disabled inside the guest. This issue is triaged and a fix is being worked on.

Update to non-upm SNP support package. Changes:

• support -host-data <HOSTDATA> param to launch-qemu.sh
• fix kernel bug resulting in host-data always being empty in SNP_LAUNCH_FINISH calls
