Agents created from chat now register with the scheduler immediately. Previously a newly created scheduled agent wouldn't fire until the app was restarted; scheduled agents now start running as soon as they're created.

On Windows, connecting an integration opens a console window for that integration's server process. Keep it open while in use (minimizing is fine); auto-hiding is planned.
