- The output needs an operating plan, role brief, escalation packet, scorecard, route map, or manager-level synthesis.
Skillset validation checks manifest shape, required skills, unknown skills, agent metadata, scenario links, fixture links, role components, dependencies, excluded responsibilities, escalation conditions, expected outputs, and composition gates.
