⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

• tasks: dispatch() and buildDispatchTask() no longer fall back to a hardcoded per-executor default model (pi's minimax default, opencode's luna default) when --model is omitted. A fresh dispatch (no --model, no resolvable --session-id to inherit a model from) now throws "error: --model is required"; an unresolvable --session-id with no --model throws naming the session id. WorkerExecutor's defaultModel field is removed.
