Fix keyset retrieval for updated 1Password database schema. 1Password moved keysets to a new table and changed the JSON format.
The previous version of opcli failed with this error message when it encountered the new database schema:
Error: failed to get primary keyset: failed to query primary keyset: sql: no rows in result set
