opcli run improvements

  • Fix shell corruption after ctrl-c: forward SIGINT/SIGTERM to the child process and waits for it to exit. Previously, Go's runtime would kill opcli before the child finished its terminal cleanup.
  • Allow omitting -- separator: opcli run npm start now works like opcli run -- npm start, matching op run behavior.
