First release

I know it says v4.0.0 but I never zipped the earlier versions until now.

1. Extract the zip to any folder (Can't provide a .crx file because it gets blocked by Chrome)
2. Open your list of extensions at chrome://extensions/
3. Click "Load unpacked" and select the folder you just extracted it to
4. Done!
