 Implemented a SwiftUI-style ForEach:

  - Sources/SwifTeaUI/Views.swift: ForEach now matches SwiftUI’s signature (ForEach<Data, ID, Content>) with id: initializers (closure or key path) and an Identifiable
    convenience. IDs aren’t yet used for diffing but the API is ready for it.
  - Tests/SwifTeaUITests/ForEachTests.swift: extended coverage to include id: \.self, enumerated tuples (id: \.offset), and Identifiable collections to guard against
    regressions.
  - README callout now clarifies usage as ForEach(data, id:).
