Minimal, vendor-independent scaffold for running a small AI team inside any workspace.

What's inside:

  • NEXUS — orchestrator (dispatches every task, never does the work)
  • SCOUT — HR agent (designs and onboards new team members)
  • LENS — skills researcher (profiles roles before they're filled)
  • A hiring pipeline that grows the team on demand
  • Dual-named config (CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md) for cross-runtime compatibility

Quickstart: Download the zip, unzip into a folder, open it in your AI assistant, say hi to NEXUS.

Works with Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot Workspace, and anything that reads CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md.
