What's Changed

  • window.requestAnimationFrame / cancelAnimationFrame — driven by winit redraw; callbacks are released when they run, are cancelled, or the window closes; the queue pauses while the window is occluded.
  • setProxyCompat(mode) — global, once-written switch for layer proxy compat:
      - "off" (default): pre-proxy behavior and cost
      - "on" / "auto": layer accessors resolve through receiver-passing proxies (e.g. Vue reactivity)
  • Examples html-3d-sphere / vue-3d-sphere migrated to rAF loops
  • Tests: rAF behavior / GC retention, proxy interop (three modes)
