Our own 41 `member-after-method` sins, swept: constants parked at the bottom of
UntilGate/PlanMarker/Kernel, the Laravel/Spatie node FQCN blocks split around a
method, the Vue thresholds sitting mid-class. Each declaration moved with its
docblock and attributes intact; no behaviour touched, 1236 tests green, and
`judge src --sin=member-after-method` now reports nothing.
