Upgrades

  • User can define the k-value for the automatic thresholding values (TextBox entry in thresholding selection process)
  • Check for cases where cells have been chosen as all inside/outside cells whilst opting for cell position dependent automatic threshold calculation. If this criteria is met, the thresholding method is automatically changed to automatic cell classification independent.
  • Updated tutorial video for IVEN analysis

Bug fixes

  • Removal of threshold column in output file as this was mis-leading for the automatic thresholding method with cell classification dependent values.
