Fixed

  • A rule's managed rec-* tag stayed on a movie or series in Radarr/Sonarr after the item stopped being a cleanup candidate. Tag reconciliation only ran inside the scheduled Tag Cleanup Candidates task, so a scan that dropped an item -- because a rule condition changed, or because the item picked up an exclusion tag -- left the tag behind until that task next ran, up to a day later. Tags are now reconciled at the end of every cleanup scan, after an automatic deletion run, and after a manual delete or move job, so a managed tag is present only while the item is a current candidate. It matters beyond the scan because unmonitor-only and move actions leave the item in the arr with its tag after it has left the candidate list. Approving a protection or exception request takes the tag off the one title it protects straight away, asking the arr about that item alone rather than running the full sweep inside a request. Reconciliation is best effort throughout: an unreachable Radarr or Sonarr is logged and never fails the work that triggered it.
